In pursuance of the notification issued by the AICTE New Delhi communicating the rules and regulations for establishing Grievances Committee at the institution level for entertaining the grievances of the students and their parents as stipulated below and to dispose them in a reasonable period of 15 days, the principal is pleased to establish the Grievance Redressal Committee with the following members.

The Committee will entertain the complaints and grievances of the students and their parents on various aspects relating to the academic, admissions, Scholarships, refunds and other problems that relate to smooth completion of their studies. The committee is attached with utmost imperative and higher responsibilities, in providing urgent relief and settlement of the grievances of the students and their parents, as contemplated by the apex body in the Notification cited. The students and their parents, who do not find relief at the orders passed by the institution committee, may send their appeal to the OMBUDSMAN, in the University for Final Orders. Every order passed by the committee at this institution level, is subject to scrutiny, review and final decision, from the office of the OMBUDSMAN, a statutory body under the sub clause 1.i of clause 3, of the notification which is to be constituted by the Affiliating University in conformity with the AICTE Notification. The orders passed by the OMBUDSMAN are final and binding on this institution. All the students of this institution are informed to take note of the committee and its members and avail this opportunity for solving their pending cases and grievance. These orders will take with immediate effect.
